Prize #1

The first prize package includes a complimentary cocktail hour upgrade valued at $500. This service provides professional sound equipment, wireless setup, and curated background music for your cocktail hour in addition to your main reception setup. This upgrade reflects the cost of added equipment transport, additional setup time, and customized music planning to ensure seamless sound coverage while guests transition between spaces. This prize must be used in conjunction with a booked wedding DJ package and is not available as a standalone service. 

Prize #2

The second prize package includes a $300 credit toward the total cost of our Silver or Gold wedding DJ packages, representing both planning time and professional event execution on your wedding day. These packages include extended performance hours, detailed music planning support, and full professional sound and lighting setup, making this credit a significant value toward your overall entertainment experience.

Prize #3

The third prize package includes a custom DJ mix created using three songs selected by the winner, along with complementary tracks that match the style, energy, and vibe of those choices.

This mix is designed to give couples a preview of how their music could sound on their wedding day and reflects professional mixing, track selection, and editing time. The finished mix will be delivered as a digital download and does not require booking DJ services.

To redeem this prize, the winner must submit their three song selections within 60 days of notification, and the completed mix will be delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks after selections are received. This prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

All Participants are eligible for a $100 credit applicable toward the wedding package of their choice if the event is booked within 14 days of the Kent County Wedding Show. Entry will be confirmed by email within 48 hours. 

General Rules: 

  • One entry per couple.

  • Winners will be notified by both text and email within 48 hours if they have qualified. To redeem this prize, the winner must sign a service agreement and pay the required booking deposit within 14 days  of notification. There is no restriction on the wedding date, however all services remain subject to availability and venue logistics. 

  • If the winner does not claim their prize by text or email within 5 business days, an alternate winner will be selected and the offer becomes null and void.

  •  All prizes are valid for new bookings only, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. 

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged or combined with other promotions or discounts. 

  • DJ services and upgrades are subject to availability and venue logistics.

  • A signed contract and booking deposit are required to redeem any prize that applies to DJ services. 

  • If a booking is cancelled, any associated prize or promotional value is forfeited. 

  • By entering, participants agree to these terms and consent to be contacted regarding their entry and prize status.
